The Thames River Yacht Club offers amazing value for sailors of all experience levels.

TRYC features a protected basin which can accommodate sailboats of 6 foot draft or less. All slips include potable water and hydro. Our East Dock is appropriate for boats under 25 feet, Center Dock for boats under 30 feet, and West Wall for boats up to 44 feet.

We are currently accepting applications for Senior, Associate and Crew membership. Descriptions are in the links below.

Annual Rates for 2026

  • Senior Membership + East Wall Dock $950 + HST

  • Senior Membership + Center Dock $1,040 + HST

  • Senior Membership + West Wall Dock $1,320 + HST

  • Associate Membership $300 + HST

  • Crew Membership $75 + HST

There is a one-time initiation fee of $1,000 plus HST for Senior Membership.

  • Senior Membership

    Senior membership applicants need to complete 12 months as Probationary members prior to review by the Board of Directors. Once approved, Senior members become voting members of the corporation.

  • Associate Membership

    Associate Membership applicants have access to TRYC facilities and equipment, can serve on club committees, and can attend club activities. They cannot hold office nor are they voting members.

  • Crew Membership

    Crew Membership applicants serve regularly as crew on the vessels of Senior Members. Crew members can attend TRYC activities and sit on committees, but cannot hold office or vote at club meetings.
